Because Daylight Savings Time ends in the Fall, we all set our clocks back one hour on Sunday night. If we plan wisely, this gives us one “extra” hour each day. Your circadian rhythms will cause you to feel sleepy and wake up “earlier” than usual by one hour. Instead of rolling over and sleeping through that extra hour, why not capitalize on this gift of time by getting up and doing those things you never have time for? For example, spend one hour a day writing that book you’ve always wanted to write.
I used my “extra” hour today walking on my treadmill for thirty minutes and writing this blog post. What will YOU do with that extra hour?
