Hello! My name is Ali Norwood and I am a junior studying Psychology/Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I will be traveling to Costa Rica for two weeks over winter break with the Frontiers International Organization (a student run organization at my school) to volunteer in different clinics in San José. We will also be helping in orphanages, HIV/AIDS homes, and other areas in the local communities. I will gain medical and patient care experience that I can carry with me in my future career as a neuropsychologist. I am also excited about experiencing a new culture and the opportunity to perfect my Spanish.
I am asking for your financial support. Funds donated will help me cover housing, food, program fees, airfare and transportation. You can donate by entering the amount in the box below. Any amount donated is greatly appreciated! (If you would like to learn more about the organization or what we will be doing, please visit: http://www.volunteerhq.org/volunteer-in-costa-rica)
Thank you in advance!
