Fall Back and Create More Time in Your Day

Ever find yourself lamenting that there are not enough hours in the day? I have a tip for you on how you can “create” an “extra” hour every day!

We all set our clocks back one hour for Daylight Savings Time. If we plan wisely, this gives us one “extra” hour each day. Your circadian rhythms will cause you to wake up “earlier” than usual by one hour. Instead of rolling over and sleeping through that extra hour, why not capitalize on this gift of time by getting up and doing those things you never have time for? For example, spend one hour a day writing that book you’ve always wanted to write.
